I have over eighteen years of experience in research in impacts of large infrastructure projects on biodiversity conservation, Environmental and Social Impact, Renewable energy, Rural Development, Environmental Monitoring, Project planning and Management. I have variable experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation . I am trained at Graduate Level in Participatory Research Management with good working knowledge and application of the main tools of Participatory Research and conceptual frameworks. I have undertaken various ecological baseline studies in support of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Projects in various sectors including renewable energy (wind energy and solar energy), mining (open cast mining, building and construction, housing, salt production (using solar technology), steel manufacturing, cement manufacturing, crop farming and water resources (surface and groundwater) irrigation and contributed in design of nature based conservation approaches to mitigate potential impacts of development projects.
